An exclusive insider tour of the world of Austrian wine, brought to you by expert sommelier and Liquid Signature Founder & CEO, Leopold Schneemann. A native Austrian and former New Yorker, Mr. Schneemann tailored this seven-day expedition to Viennese food, wine, and hospitality, catering to every connoisseur's tastes.
Over the course of a week, Mr. Schneemann and the Liquid Signature team will guide you through the best of Austrian culture, introducing you to their expert winemaker friends along the way. Come thirsty for art, music, and most importantly, some beautiful Blaufränkisch.
The Signature Experience includes accommodations at the renowned Hotel Motto, a boutique hotel in the heart of Vienna. Guests will experience a behind-the-scenes tour of seven local wineries, enjoy carefully selected authentic Austrian fare, worry-free transportation, and a boat tour on the famous Danube River.
ACCOMMODATION:
Transfer from the airport to the boutique Hotel Motto, in the heart of Vienna. Parisian chic and Scandinavian coziness make a lovely match in the elaborate details of the rooms. The comfort starts at the precious wooden floor, handmade lampshades, and door buckles, culminating in the cloud-soft king-size bed.
ITINERARY:
Check-in at Boutique Hotel Motto & evening visit to Mayer am Nussberg, a renowned Heuriger with stunning vineyard views.
A private tour and tasting at Winery Schiefer, including lunch, followed by an exclusive visit to Kracher Winery. Traditional Austrian Dinner at Gasthaus zum fröhlichen Arbeiter.
Behind-the-scenes access to FX Pichler Winery, followed by a regional lunch at Wachauer Stube. Guided visit to Winery Donabaum
For dinner, a Scenic boat trip with a traditional Austrian Charcuterie board incl. wine tasting, hosted by winemaker Johann Donabaum
Vienna e-bike tour with leisurely lunch stop. In the afternoon, an insider’s tour of the Opera House. Authentic Viennese dinner at Plachutta.
Personalized tasting and vineyard lunch at Winery Johannes Gebeshuber, followed by an intimate visit to Winery Christina Netzl. Finishing with a free evening to explore Vienna’s culinary scene at your own pace.
Visit the renowned Winery Wieninger, including a thoughtfully paired lunch. Later, an exclusive tour of St Stephen's Cathedral followed by a special dinner with Michelin Star Chef Konstantin Fillipou.
